You must have a valid shipping address for any items purchased on this website. PO Box addresses are not accepted for shipments requiring freight delivery. Rural route addresses may also be restricted. Valid government issued identification will be required for delivery of certain oversized items.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped containing tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours from order placement for tracking details to activate. You agree to accept delivery of products ordered even if they are damaged or defective. Refusal of delivery without inspection or due cause is not permitted.

We reserve the right to modify orders including canceling products and substituting similar items without prior notice in the event a product is discontinued, out of stock, priced incorrectly or unavailable from our suppliers for any reason. Variances in product size, finish, assembly and other details from listed specifications are common and to be expected.

All items are delivered curbside. Standard shipping includes delivery to an address within the 50 United States and U.S. territories only. Additional charges and longer lead times may apply for shipping to rural routes, alternative addresses like churches and schools, as well as addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and any country not listed. You are responsible for providing reasonable means of offloading and placement from curbside into your location.

You agree to inspect all delivered shipments promptly upon arrival and note any visible issues or damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. If damage is discovered during inspection, refuse delivery and immediately file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after transfer to the carrier.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for refused delivery unless the refusal is due to our error. If an order or any part of it is canceled for any reason after shipment, you are still responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are designed for easy assembly and customization, no returns or exchanges are permitted except for defects covered by applicable warranty terms. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery before use. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please verify all details carefully before finalizing your order. No refunds are provided for made-to-order products unless required by law.

In the event you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us right away and do not use or assemble the product. We will guide you through the return and replacement process based on the individual circumstances. You must keep all packaging materials and parts/accessories as shipped. Used, assembled, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns require prior authorization and return shipping arranged by Brightroom LLC. Please do not attempt to return any product without instruction from our team. We are unable to process unauthorized or surprise returns not initiated by our returns department.

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt, minus applicable restocking fees. Refunds are made in the original payment form. Store credits may be issued at our discretion. We are not responsible for loss of value from currency exchange rates or fees related to your payment method.
